This beautiful building has simple lines with dramatic elevations, and as with all John Pawson buildings, the devil and beauty is in the rigorous subtlety of the design and attention to detail. Carefully sited on a raised grass mound to maximise the views out, the horizontal white lines created by the marble floor and roof reflect the chalk creases on the field.

The design and construction of a new primary school in New Yatt, Witney. The new building, adjacent to the existing King’s School building is generally of brick and block construction with some elevations being finished in natural stone.

As well as completing a barn office conversion at Southill Business Park, which forms part of the Cornbury Park Estate, Cooper Construction have also totally renovated two listed residential properties in Finstock on behalf of the Estate.
