External walls are facing brick with feature
arches over some windows and cast stone copings
to parapets.
Visible areas of roof are covered with natural slate.
The flat roof areas are covered with sarnafil.
Purpose made softwood windows by Mumford & Wood.
Shopfronts are made of softwood to a traditional design.
The site boundaries are St.Marys Street & St.Martins Street
Both of which are very narrow this has caused logistical problems in the delivery and movement of materials on site.
