Details:

 

Fourteen new apartments with a contemporary design .

 

The apartments were built of facing brickwork & blockwork supported

On piled foundations.

 

Upper floors and staircases were precast concrete.

 

The sloping roof areas were covered standing seam zinc and the flat roof areas were covered with Sarnafil.

 

Windows and external doors were purpose made by Rationel.

 

Internally the apartments were fitted out with contemporary

Kitchens, bathrooms and ironmongery.
