Cavity wall construction consisting 100mm outside block-work skin, 100mm cavity, 100mm internal block-work skin.

Rendered Externally, Blown fibre insulation to Cavity.

 

Purpose made roof trusses to form room in roof.

 

Purpose made timber staircases.

 

Plasterboard ceilings and skim finished.

Plasterboard & skim finished stud walls and two coat plaster to blockwork walls.

 

Underfloor wet heating to ground floor laid on insulation, screed laid on top of underfloor heating system.

 

UPVC window and door system.

 

Front door steel-wood type.

 

All finishes

 

All electrical and mechanical installation to current regulations including gas heating system.
