Single storey building comprising meeting/function room,

changing rooms, shower facilities and kitchen

 

Traditional foundations with beam & block floor

 

External walls constructed from Forticrete fair faced blocks

clad externally with European Oak supplied by Dinesen.

 

Internal walls constructed from Forticrete fair faced blocks.

 

Roof structure TJI joists with steelwork to support roof overhang.

 

Roof covering single ply membrane.

 

Roof perimeter - fascia clad with Marmi natural marble supported on Ancon

stainless steel angles  and soffit finished with  Sto render

 

Window - purpose made aluminium sliding screen supplied

and installed by Fineline Aluminium

 

Floor finish - Ronacrete screed with epoxy finish

 

Ceilings finished with plasterboard & skim

 

Perimeter of veranda clad with natural marble

 

Mechanical installation including underfloor heating and air source

Heat pump.

 

Electrical Installation including light fittings supplied by Whitegoods

 

Locker benches by Independent lockers
